ABOUT ME

IMG_1002.jpeg

On the 9th November 2005, I woke up early in the morning to a phone call from my mum saying that my dad had killed himself. This was the first big trauma I experienced in my life with more to follow. I look back to this difficult day now and all I have in my heart is love and remembrance for my dad. Dad made sure he left quickly, which was hard in many ways, but it helped me build strength, resilience, and the work ethic. For years after, I suffered from depression and struggled with my weight. My path was not easy, but through hard work and deep learning I have overcome all it. Life is tough and your path on this journey is tailored with difficulties. It’s only when we reach our true-life goals that we understand why we went through all that pain.

I was born with the talent to heal and form deep emotional connections with people. Having tried everything, I began my quest by delving into NLP, CBT, Meditation, Reiki, Breathing, Mindfulness, and women empowerment. Ultimately, I found my calling in Hypnotherapy and completed my Practitioner diploma in clinical hypnotherapy. I always wanted to create means to help others connect and reach their potential in life. My spirituality made me believe that sharing my journey and struggles with people would help them grow and gain strength to overcome their challenges.

I am a mother of 2 amazing boys and wife who has had to master several different careers prior including professional cake baking, make up artistry and event planning. I found that anything I put my mind to, I could conquer. I did extensive community work as a volunteer and fundraiser for charity. My charity work led to me being invited to do a talk about refugees at Oxford University.
